Terms of Use
Last updated: June 13, 2026.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. The short version is below.
The content
The lessons, essays, diagrams, and other material on this site are our work. You are welcome to read it, share it, link to it, and reference it in your own work; if you reuse a substantial passage or a diagram, credit AI-Native Product Management and link back. If you want to use substantial parts of it in a commercial product or paid course, ask us first.
No advice
Nothing on this site is professional advice. Not legal advice, not financial advice, not medical advice. The Builder's Stack teaches a mental model for building software with AI. Apply it with your own judgment, and with help from qualified professionals where that matters.
Whose views these are
This site is a personal project by its two authors. The opinions, lessons, and material here are our own and do not represent our employers. Nothing on this site is affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced on behalf of any company we work for.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We aim for it to be accurate, useful, and continuously improving, but we make no guarantees about uptime, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
AI in the content
Some chapters mention that we used Claude Code to build this site. The site collects nothing from you and sends nothing to any AI service: the newsletter runs on Substack, and there is no user-facing AI feature. The AI was used by us, to build the site, not by the site, to do anything to you.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The current version always lives at /terms.
Contact
The best way to reach us is to reply to any email we send. If anything here is unclear or you spot a problem, tell us; we would rather fix it than have a misunderstanding.
